They will be priced from $143,500. Units begin with the one-bedroom, one-bath Park City model and range all the way up to the two-bedroom, 2.5-bath Deer Valley townhome. Each of the models offer several choices of floor plans. Private interior stairs lead from the second- and third-floor homes to the individual garages. For a limited time, first-time homebuyers who purchase at The Boulders @ Katy Trail may be eligible for up to $8,000 in federal tax credits toward the purchase of their new home thanks to the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act.
