Stumpf promises exceptional service, stately homes at Fairfield Estates, Willow Bend

The country-like community is in the highly acclaimed Wolf Branch School District, near a variety of services, and is conveniently located 25 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from Scott Air Force Base. “Willow Bend is in a very private setting in a very sought-after area,” said Placke. Displayed is the Cheshire, a two-story with four bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths and the option of a fifth bedroom. Consisting of nearly 4,000 square feet, this home is priced from $342,600. Also available for viewing at Willow Bend is the Oxford inventory on site 7, a private cul-de-sac site. The 3,640-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3-1/2-bath home features a front elevation with natural stone accents and three-car, side-entry garage. Inside, highlights include a first-floor master suite with luxury master bath, hardwood flooring, 9-foot first-floor ceilings, two-story great room with window wall, maple-raised panel cabinets, upstairs 20-by-23-foot bonus room, zoned heating and air conditioning, and fully sodded homesite with sprinkler system.
