When purchasing a luxury home, you expect exceptional customer service, attention to detail and a nice array of upscale qualities. With Stumpf Homes, a family-owned and operated company that has specialized in the luxury market for more than 30 years, homebuyers can rest assured that they will get just that and more.

“We involve ourselves in a limited number of communities and homes so we can provide more personalized service to our customers,” said Gene Stumpf, III, president of Stumpf Homes. “Our company is known for our great attention to detail, and we thrive on our reputation of customer service.”

Over the past several years, Stumpf Homes has concentrated on building homes in St. Louis County and St. Charles County. Fairfield Estates is one of the company’s South County locations, and is nearing closeout with only two inventories and one building lot available.

Additionally, the company has recently expanded to the Southwest Illinois area, opening Willow Bend in Swansea, Ill.

“Our inventory homes have been good sellers, and the current inventories are on excellent homesites,” Stumpf said.

Both Fairfield Estates and Willow Bend feature the same seven floor plans, which consists of two ranches, two 1-1/2 stories and three two-stories with three to five bedrooms, up to 3-1/2 baths, and as much as 4,245 square feet.

The 1-1/2-story Oxford is one of the most popular models, said Stumpf, and is one of the inventories available for immediate move-in at Fairfield Estates.

The 3,640-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3-1/2-bath Oxford inventory is on site 35 and backs to mature trees. The stately brick and stone front elevation features a two-story-high arched opening framing the front door and a three-car garage. Inside, highlights include a kitchen with a granite-topped island, glass-front cabinets in the butler’s pantry, two-story great room with custom window wall and gas fireplace, main-floor master suite with luxury bath, and vaulted second-floor bonus room. This inventory is priced at $489,500.

The 3,979-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3-1/2 bath Cheshire inventory on site 4 is also available for immediate move-in at Fairfield Estates. Highlights include the optional hearth and bonus rooms, 9-foot first-floor ceilings; glass-front cabinets in the butler’s pantry, granite-topped 6-foot island with top extension for stools in the kitchen, zoned heating and air conditioning, Jack and Jill bath with double-bowl vanity, fully sodded homesite with sprinkler system, and three-car garage. This inventory is priced at $496,300.

“Fairfield Estates is a beautiful community of homes,” said Tom Placke, vice president of sales and construction. “The homes are professionally landscaped and the entrance is very stately.”

Across the river at Willow Bend, five of the 20 homesites have already been spoken for, said Stumpf. The country-like community is in the highly acclaimed Wolf Branch School District, near a variety of services, and is conveniently located 25 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from Scott Air Force Base.

“Willow Bend is in a very private setting in a very sought-after area,” said Placke.

Displayed is the Cheshire, a two-story with four bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths and the option of a fifth bedroom. Consisting of nearly 4,000 square feet, this home is priced from $342,600.

Also available for viewing at Willow Bend is the Oxford inventory on site 7, a private cul-de-sac site. The 3,640-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3-1/2-bath home features a front elevation with natural stone accents and three-car, side-entry garage. Inside, highlights include a first-floor master suite with luxury master bath, hardwood flooring, 9-foot first-floor ceilings, two-story great room with window wall, maple-raised panel cabinets, upstairs 20-by-23-foot bonus room, zoned heating and air conditioning, and fully sodded homesite with sprinkler system.
