Bordering Eureka and Jefferson County, among the rolling hills of the Meramec River Valley, is McBride & Son’s four-village, single-family home community Mirasol.

“Residents enjoy the best of both worlds here,” said Nick Liuzza, Mirasol project manager. “The subdivision has a Eureka mailing address in the triple-A-rated Rockwood School District, as well as a better tax rate because it is in Jefferson County. The community is also less than five-minutes from grocery stores, shopping, entertainment, Highway 44 and more.”

Featuring new, lower pricing with special options package incentives, a wide variety of outstanding lots, and a portfolio of 25 floor plans, Mirasol has something for everyone, Liuzza said. “We have all different kinds of models -- ranches, 1-1/2 stories and two stories.”

In the first village -- the Hills, homes range from approximately 1,000 to 2,200 square feet and start in the $160,000s. On display is a four-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath Royal II two story, a redesign of one of McBride’s long-standing models, which features a new optional luxury kitchen and luxury master bath, formal dining room and main-floor laundry.

“This model is the most popular design at the Hills and has very usable spaces,” Liuzza said. “It’s a great value.”

A three-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath Berwick two story is also on display at the Hills, and “is also a popular floor plan,” Liuzza said. “It too is a great product for the money.” The Berwick is shown with an open kitchen/breakfast room, a dining room/living room combination, master suite with luxury bath, and a second-floor laundry room.

The Highlands “is best known for its scenic views,” Liuzza said, and features “move-up” ranches and two stories ranging from 1,500 to 2,800 square feet. Here, the Maple three-bedroom, two-bath split ranch and Ashford two-story designs, which are on display, both accommodate a three-car garage on every site. Homes in this village are priced from the $220,000s.

In the Crossings, there are two 1-1/2 stories available, and all five floor plans come standard with a three-car garage. The four-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath Linden 1-1/2-story display is shown with a dramatic two-story great room, angled breakfast bar, main-floor master suite, and walk-in closets in secondary bedrooms. Also on display is a three-bedroom, two-bath Birch, a luxury split-ranch design. Plans range from 2,100 to 3,300 square feet and start in the $270,000s.

The Enclave is the fourth and final village at Mirasol, featuring luxury homes from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet. “These are the largest homes that McBride builds,” Liuzza said. “The Cumberland II is a newer 1-1/2-story floor plan on display and is great for entertaining.”

Highlights include an open floor plan, oversized breakfast bar, a separate formal dining room with arched doorways, vaulted ceilings, his and her closets in the master suite, and walk-in closets in secondary bedrooms.

The Enclave’s three-bedroom, two-bath Buckley ranch is also on display. It features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the main living area, and a spacious kitchen/breakfast room.

“If you need something quickly, we have inventory homes that are move-in ready in each of the four villages,” Liuzza said. “Many are still under construction so you have the opportunity to choose the options that you like.”

As the weather warms, homeowners will be able to take advantage of Mirasol’s multi-purpose court and community swimming pool, which includes a separate adult lap pool and children’s play area with slides and fountains.

“Now is a great time to buy,” Liuzza said. “There are historic-low interest rates, and we have great pricing, great incentives and a great location.”
