McBride’s Bellemeade grand opens this weekend; Celebration includes limited-time pricing and family-friendly events

This weekend, May 2 and 3, marks the grand opening of McBride & Son’s Meadows at Bellemeade and Reserves at Bellemeade in the heart of St. Peters, just minutes from the conveniences of shopping, entertainment, dining and Fort Zumwalt schools. To celebrate, the two-village, single-family-home community will feature limited-time pricing starting in the $120,000s and $150,000s, as well as a variety of fun events for the entire family. “There will be barbecue, drinks, face painting, clowns making balloon animals, a stilt walker and more,” said Mark Potthast, community project manager. “In addition, homeshoppers who arrive early can choose from a great selection of walkout and cul-de-sac lots, as well as take advantage of Bellemeade’s unbelievable price points.” The Meadows at Bellemeade features a mix of seven ranch, two-story and 1.5-story models from McBride’s well-received Bayside Series. Homes are designed with two to four bedrooms, two and 2.5 baths, and approximately 1,100 to 2,400 square feet. In the coming weeks, a 1,250-square-foot Aspen ranch will be on display. It will be shown with an optional third bedroom and vaulted ceilings in the great room, kitchen and formal dining room. Pricing for the three-bedroom Aspen starts at $139,720. “The Berwick is another popular McBride floor plan that will be on display at the Meadows,” said Potthast. “It has 1,728 square feet and the first floor really caters to entertaining with a nice-sized kitchen and dining area.” The Berwick starts at $149,900. The portfolio at the Reserves at Bellemeade consists of six ranch, atrium-ranch and two-story floor plans from McBride’s Oakwood Series, ranging from 1,576 to more than 3,000 square feet. Soon to be displayed are the three-bedroom, two-bath Hickory ranch with 1,576 square feet and the four-bedroom, 2.5-bath Sequoia two story with approximately 3,200 square feet. A three-car-garage Sherwood floor plan is also available in this collection. Models are priced from $159,900, $199,900, and $209,900 respectively. “The Sequoia is a popular model in the Oakwood Series,” Potthast said. “People love the way the first floor is laid out -- it’s very open. It all starts with the kitchen, which serves as a great gathering place. In addition, there is a formal dining room and living room along with a large family room. However, the most talked about feature of this home is the master suite, which includes multiple walk-in closets, a luxury master bath and optional sitting area.” Bellemeade consists of 199 homesites, averaging from 6,000 to 14,000 square feet. Amenities include a playground and basketball court. “Another attractive selling point is the fact that Bellemeade is located adjacent to Dr. Bernard J. Dubray Middle School,” Potthast said. To visit the community, take Highway 70 to Mid Rivers Mall Drive south, past Mexico Road, then turn left on Grand Teton, or, from Highway 40/64, take Highway 94 to north on Mid Rivers Mall Drive, and turn right on Grand Teton.
