The number 30 has taken on a significant meaning for developer Bruce Mills. Yes, there are 30 songs on the Beatles “White Album.” And -30- is used to signify the end of press releases and stories. But Mills’ special 30 has nothing in common with a Beatles album (do we still say album?). And the end of his story hasn’t been written quite yet. Thirty is the number of years that Mills has been in the residential development business. The public is more intelligent in regards to the housing market.” As the founder and chairman stated, “Every time I build a project, I try to exceed what I’ve done before.” It’s a special time for Mills and a special time time for buyers.
