In the heart of St. Charles County's Golden Triangle - near highways 40 and DD, shopping and WingHaven - is the quiet community of Fox Haven, a joint project by McBride & Son Homes and Vantage Homes. Surrounded by trees and adjacent to the Busch Wildlife Reserve, the area’s natural beauty and privacy offers the perfect ambiance for the collections of single-family homes within. McBride is offering 10 different floor plans at Fox Haven. “There’s something for everyone,” said Jeff Lewis, project manager. “We have everything from a 1,500-square-foot ranch to a 4,200-square-foot two story, with base prices ranging from $180,000 to $310,000.” One-and-a-half-story homes are also available.

To show its portfolio’s diversity, McBride is opening two new displays at the community this Saturday and Sunday: the Hickory ranch and the Hermitage II two-story. The three-bedroom, two-bath Hickory with 1,569 square feet, is a prime example of one of McBride’s innovative open floor plans. It is base-priced at $194,900. The four-bedroom, 2.5-bath Hermitage II is approximately 2,600-square feet and has been a selling leader for McBride in this collection of homes. It is base-priced at $209,900.

The Hermitage II display is shown with many custom options that appeal to the discriminating buyer. Highlights include a luxury kitchen with a center island, double oven and cooktop, a rear staircase, as well as an elegant master suite with coffered ceiling, large walk-in closet and spacious bath featuring a corner marble tub and separate shower with marble surround.

“It’s very versatile,” said Lewis. “There are a lot of options you can choose from to customize this home to suit your specific needs.”

To introduce the new homes in style, McBride & Son Homes is hosting a grand opening party this Saturday and Sunday, which will include food, drinks, prizes and giveaways.

“McBride is also offering great pre-construction pricing and a free third-car garage throughout the weekend,” Lewis said. “After Sunday night, the prices will be going up. Since we introduced these new plans to this prestigious community, only 18 home sites remain. However, we still have amazing lots to choose from ranging in size from 10,000 to over 13,000 square feet.”
