Anna Hartman, a junior from Collinsville, was selected as a James Millikin Scholar at Millikin University in Decatur. The program is a two-year honors program which offers opportunities for independent and collaborative study and research. Students must maintain a 3.5 grade-point average and complete a successful James Millikin Scholars interview to be part of the program. The experience culminates with an independent honors project presented to the university during the student's senior year.
