The Madison County Bar Association awarded more than $17,000 in scholarships to five area law schools. Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale received $5,982.77. Also awarded scholarships were St. Louis University School of Law, Washington University School of Law, University of Missouri School of Law and the University of Illinois School of Law.Â
