Collinsville School District was one of eight schools in the country to be selected to participate in the “Closing the Gap” school improvement project. Headed by the American Association of School Administrators and the Consortium for School Networking, the project aims to provide school districts with up-to-date student information and learning management systems software packages to improve teaching and learning. The program will help Collinsville learn how to analyze classroom data to aid educators in improving classroom performance. The project is funded through the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
