Rachael Schaefer, of Collinsville,  was awarded the University Scholarship-MSEP and Regional Achievement Award-MSEP to attend Southeast Missouri State University, in Cape Girardeau. Schaefer is the daughter of Paul Schaefer, of Belleville, and Scott and Becky Williams, of Collinsville. She is a senior at Freeburg High School.
