Linda Craig, the school secretary at St. Paul's Lutheran Church and School in Troy, is celebrating her 25th year at the school.

Craig also attended St. Paul's as a student; both her parents and her paternal grandmother are St. Paul's graduates as well. Her three children and son-in-law also graduated from the school. She hopes her infant granddaughter will also graduate from St. Paul's.

Craig was a school board member before she became secretary in 1986. She has worked with 10 principals, five pastors, numerous teachers and staff and has seen one graduate return as a teacher. She was instrumental in the move to the new Ministry Center and School in 2008.

St. Paul's community will honor Craig at a dinner on Sunday, Feb. 26, at 5:30 p.m. in the Ministry Center. The catered dinner will include a program with people sharing their memories.

Make reservations to Kathy in the church office at 618-667-6681.

In addition to the dinner, the church is hosting a card shower for Linda. Cards can be brought to the dinner or mailed to: St. Paul's Lutheran Church/School, c/o Ms. Craig's 25th Anniversary, 106 N. Border, Troy, IL 62294.
