THEFT: On Jan. 28, a 22-year-old resident of the first block of Briarcliffe, Granite City, was arrested on a charge of theft over $300.
• On Feb. 3, a 36-year-old resident of the 4700 block of North Park Drive, East St. Louis, was arrested on a charge of retail theft.
• On Feb. 3, a 55-year-old resident of the 8600 block of Collinsville Road was arrested on a charge of felony retail theft.
DUI: On Jan. 29, a 21-year-old resident of the 800 block of North Center, Collinsville, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence and fleeing and eluding.
• On Jan. 30, a 40-year-old resident of the 100 block of Sundown Ridge, Maryville, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.
• On Jan. 30, a 24-year-old resident of the 1600 block of California, Collinsville, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence and resisting a peace officer.
BATTERY: On Feb. 2, a 37-year-old resident of the 500 block of Norwood, Collinsville, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery and interference with emergency communication.
• On Feb. 2, a 20-year-old resident of the 100 block of Oakwood, Collinsville, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery and obstructing a peace officer.
POSSESSION: On Feb. 2, a 28-year-old resident of the 400 block of Art, Collinsville, was arrested on a charge of possession of cannabis.
OBSTRUCTION: On Feb. 3, a 29-year-old resident of the 500 block of North Center, Collinsville, was arrested on two counts of obstructing justice.

POSSESSION: On Jan. 28, an 18-year-old Creve Coeur, Ill., resident was arrested in the 500 block of Illinois Route 157 on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
THEFT: On Jan. 20, a 36-year-old Mount Olive resident was arrested in the 2100 block of Troy Road on a charge of retail theft.
Madison County Sheriff's Department
OBSTRUCTION: On Feb. 1, Israel L. Harris, 17, of the 3300 block of VFW Lane, Collinsville, was arrested in that block on a felony charge of obstructing justice. He is accused of destroying evidence related to a call for help with a heroin overdose of another man.
