Caseyville man sentenced to three years for cocaine conspiracy

One of 25 individuals indicted and charged with being a member of a cocaine distribution operation, Francisco Sanchez, of Caseyville, was sentenced Feb. 2 to more than three years in prison, according to the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois. Sanchez, 27, will also serve three years supervised release and was ordered to pay a fine of $375 and special assessment of $100. He will forfeit $37,800 to the United States.

In September 2011, Sanchez pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute cocaine.
