DUI: On Jan. 23, a 34-year-old resident of the 600 block of Snider Street, Carbondale, was arrested on the charge of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol.

• On Jan. 23, a 17-year-old resident of the 1000 block of Portland, Collinsville, was arrested on the charge of aggravated driving under the influence.

• On Jan. 27, a 21-year-old resident of the 1000 block of Spring Valley Road, Troy, was arrested on the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

• On Jan. 27, a 27-year-old resident of the 1000 block of Quatton Hill, Collinsville, was arrested on the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

• On Jan. 28, a 48-year-old resident of the 300 block of West Lincoln, Caseyville, was arrested on the charge of driving under the influence.

• On Jan. 28, a 29-year-old resident of the 1000 block of Virginia, Wood River, was arrested on the charge of driving under the influence.

• On Jan. 29, a 49-year-old resident of the 500 block of Meadown, Collinsville, was arrested on the charge of driving under the influence.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: On Jan. 23, a 23-year-old resident of the 100 block of Oakwood, Collinsville, was arrested on the charge of domestic battery.

• On Jan. 23, a 20-year-old resident of the 2000 block of Hodges Avenue, Granite City, was arrested on the charge of domestic battery.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On Jan. 23, a 42-year-old resident of the 100 block of Oakwood, Collinsville, was arrested on the charges of disorderly conduct and resisting a peace officer.

• On Jan. 28, a 37-year-old resident of the 600 block of Ridge Street, Alton, was arrested on the charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.

OBSTRUCTION: On Jan. 23, a 22-year-old resident of the 1000 block of Lakeview Acres, Maryville, was arrested on the charge of obstructing identification.

POSSESSION: On Jan. 24, a 20-year-old resident of the 30 block of Oakside, Collinsville, was arrested on the charge of possession of cannabis under 30 grams.

• On Feb. 2, a 18-year-old resident of the 40 block of Twin Drive, Caseyville, was arrested on the charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

TRESPASSING: On Jan. 27, a 21-year-old resident of the 100 block of Oakwood, Collinsville, was arrested on the charges of trespassing and resisting a peace officer.

RETAIL THEFT: On Jan. 27, a 48-year-old resident of the 100 block of Idlerun, Collinsville, was arrested on the charge of felony retail theft.

• On Jan. 27, a 33-year-old resident of the 1000 Leland Avenue, Collinsville, was arrested on the charge of retail theft.

• On Jan. 27, a 51-year-old resident of the 700 block of North 88th Street, East St. Louis, was arrested on the charge of retail theft.

THEFT: On Jan. 27, a 20-year-old resident of the 300 block of Strong Street, Collinsville, was arrested on the charge of theft.

FAILURE TO REGISTER AS SEX OFFENDER: On Jan. 27, a 39-year-old resident of the 1000 block of Lebanon Road, Collinsville, was arrested on the charge of felony failure to register as sex offender.

Madison County Sheriff's Department

HARASSMENT: On Jan. 31, James L. Rogers, a 62-year-old resident of the 600 block of East U.S. Highway 40, Troy, was arrested on the charge of harassment by telephone. The Madison County Sheriff's Office said Rogers left a voice message threatening to kill the victim and his family.
