DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On Feb. 10, a 44-year-old resident of the 100 block of Ash Street, Troy, was arrested on the charges of disorderly conduct and resisting obstructing disarming a peace officer.

THEFT: On Feb. 10, a 28-year-old resident of the 500 block of Wil Road, Dupo, was arrested on the charge of theft under $500.

BATTERY: On Feb. 10, a 42-year-old resident of the 20 block of Carol Drive, Collinsville, was arrested on the charge of domestic battery.

• On Feb. 12, a 36-year-old resident of the 100 block of East 1600th Street, Beecher City, was arrested on the charge of battery.

• On Feb. 17, a 23-year-old resident of the 100 block of Burlington Street, Collinsville, was arrested on the charge of domestic battery.

DUI: On Feb. 10, a 20-year-old resident of the 1000 block of Waverly, Collinsville, was arrested on the charge of driving under the influence.

• On Feb. 12, a 19-year-old resident of the 100 block of McBride Plade, Swansea, was arrested on the charge of driving under the influence.

RESISTING: On Feb. 12, a 35-year-old resident of the 10000 block of North 1600th Street, Teutopolis, was arrested on the charges of resisting a peace officer and battery.

• On Feb. 12, a 35-year-old resident of the 10000 block of North 1600th Street, Teutopolis, was arrested on the charge of resisting a peace officer.

• On Feb. 12, a 25-year-old resident of the 300 block of South Kentucky, Greenup, was arrested on the charge of resisting a peace officer.

RECKLESS DRIVING: On Feb. 12, a 20-year-old resident of the 1000 block of Woodbridge Street, Collinsville, was arrested on the charges of reckless driving, drag racing and being uninsured.

POSSESSION: On Feb. 12, a 26-year-old resident of the 5000 block of Arch Street, Solon, Ohio, was arrested on the charge of unlawful possession of cannabis.

• On Feb. 12, a 56-year-old resident of the 5000 block of Arch Street, Solon, Ohio, was arrested on the charge of unlawful possession of cannabis.

UNLAWFUL PRESENCE WITHIN A SCHOOL ZONE BY A CHILD SEX OFFENDER: On Feb. 13, Daniel L. Baglin, 30, a resident of the 400 block of Main Street, Troy, was arrested on a charge of unlawful presence within a school zone by a child sex offender. The Sheriff's Department said Baglin entered Triad High School with a contractual employee and was stopped and identified by security officers. The Sheriff's Office said there was no attempt by Baglin to make contact with students.
