Two properties in the Granite City area are up for auction.

Sheldon Good & Co. is seeking a minimum bid of $350,000 for the long-vacant Bamboo Bistro at 1511 Johnson Road in Granite City. That property has been vacant since 2007, when it became part of a state-held trust after its owners defaulted in a loan to the state in 2007. It has been vacant since. It will be available for inspection from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Feb. 27.

In a separate offering, a three-bedroom home and adjacent lots at 9 Shirlwin Drive in the Arlington Heights community are being offered for a minimum bid of $125,000. The home is available for viewing from 1 to 3 p.m. Feb. 26.
