The School District of University City will host its spring Fired Up for Kindergarten night on Tuesday, Feb. 28.

Events will begin at 6:30 p.m. at schools including:

• Barbara C. Jordan Elementary, 1500 N. 82nd Blvd.

• Flynn Park Elementary, 7220 Waterman Ave.

• Jackson Park Elementary, 7400 Balson Ave.

• Pershing Elementary at the Nathaniel Hawthorne Building, 1351 N. Hanley Road

Activities provide parents of preschool-aged children the opportunity to tour the elementary school, learn about the kindergarten curriculum, meet principals and teachers, and ask questions.
