WINE TASTING FUNDRAISER: Woman's Place, a drop-in center in Maplewood for women experiencing relationship violence, holds its second annual Wine Tasting Fundraiser from 6 to 8 p.m. May 26 at Grapevine Wines, 309 S. GOLF TOURNAMENT: The Maryland Heights Fire Protection District holds its Fill the Boot Golf Tournament June 9 at the Country Club of St. Albans. Registration for the four-person scramble begins at 10:30 a.m., lunch is at 11 a.m., the shotgun start is at noon, dinner is at 5:30 p.m., and the awards presentation is at 6 p.m. The fee is $200 per golfer or $800 per foursome and includes green fees, carts, lunch, attendance prizes, dinner and beverages.
