The diabetes education program at St. Anthony’s Medical Center will offer a free presentation titled, “Portion Distortion: Information to Help with Your Resolutions for a Healthier You.” The program will take place at Hyland Education & Training Center, 10020 Kennerly Road, on the hospital campus. Reserved parking will be available.

The presentation, set for 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, is part of the TalkDiabetes Support Program live meeting series to help individuals diagnosed with diabetes stay well and in control of their disease. The presentation also will include helpful information for anyone trying to improve diet and nutrition habits.

The program, which will focus on the importance of portion control, will be presented by registered nurse Nancy Trebilcock, a certified nurse and diabetes educator.
