Cash was stolen between 9:40 p.m. Feb. 1 and 8:30 a.m. Feb. 2 from a safe inside the Dollar Tree store at 1342 Clarkson Clayton Center. No forced entry was detected on any doors or safe, police said.

Warrants are pending on a 40-year-old St. Loius woman who, at about 6:55 a.m. Jan. 29, assaulted her friend, an Ellisville woman, at a store in the 15800 block of Manchester Road and stole her 2055 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The woman was not seriously hurt, and the car was later recovered in St. Louis city, police said.
