The phone system for the city of O'Fallon is scheduled to be shut down from 5 p.m. Friday through Monday, when City Hall will be closed for President's Day, in order to install a new phone system for city facilities.

The new system is expected to be in place and operational by 8 a.m. Feb. 21.

During the shutdown, these phone lines will remain in operation: 9-1-1; O'Fallon police dispatch, 636-240-3200; and Renaud Spirit Center front desk, 636-474-2732. The city's email system and website will not be affected by the phone system upgrade, and residents and businesses will be able to post email messages to staff throughout the installation process.
