Sixteen high school students will be honored for achievements in science, technology, engineering and math during the annual STEM Recognition Breakfast at 7:30 a.m. March 9 at Old Hickory Golf Club, 1 Dye Club Drive in St. Peters.

Honorees were nominated by educators from every high school in St. Charles County and. They include Ryan Gaffney, St. Dominic; Michael Frisella, Duchesne; Katy Wilkin, Christian High School; David Roy, Orchard Farm; Alison Von Deylen, Lutheran High School; Kaylyn Bauer, Wentzville Holt; Samuel Stoner, Wentzville Timberland; Steven Williams, Francis Howell High; Levi Morris, Francis Howell Central; Michael Kuhl, Francis Howell North; Anneka Swinson, St. Charles High School; Joseph Robert Loser, St. Charles West; Michelle Pellegrino, Fort Zumwalt East; Jared Counts, Fort Zumwalt South; Tony Ritter, Fort Zumwalt North; and Dylan Becraft, Fort Zumwalt West.

Partners for Progress of Greater St. Charles will host the event. The keynote speaker will be John Dansby, plant manager of the General Motors Wentzville Assembly Plant.
