A contractor for AmerenUE, ADB Utility, will bore under Mid Rivers Mall Drive north of Mexico Road near the entrance to Weekends Only Furniture on Monday, weather permitting, St. Peters officials announced on Friday.

The work is scheduled to take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and last about three days. When work is not being performed, steel plates will cover the road to allow vehicles to use the road.

Motorists should expect minor congestion. They are asked to drive cautiously through the construction zone and have patience during traffic delays, and use alternate routes when possible.
