We live in one of the many underdeveloped subdivisions in Wentzville. We have an ever-growing problem with dumping of trash and people using our empty streets to park. We have had people actually having sex in their car in one of the courts. One couple was kind enough to leaving their condom behind on the street!

Recently we found a portable O2 tank, half-full, dumped. I wonder if the person who dumped this gave any thought to what might have happened if a child lit a lighter after turning the valve on?

Don't these people have trash cans at home? Don't they have access to a hotel or a room at home in which to have sex? Why in the world would people feel safe to behave in this manner on a street?

Please take your trash home with you and enjoy your adult behaviors in the privacy of your home. We live in this subdivision. Think about it. How would you feel if someone dumped trash in your backyard or had sex in front of your house?
