Must be recycled: televisions, computer monitors, printers, computers (laptop, notebook, tablet), fax machines, VCRs, MP3 players, DVD players, DVD recorders, video game consoles, small-scale servers, scanners, computer mice, digital converter boxes, cable receivers, satellite receivers.

Manufacturers responsible: Manufacturers must collect, and recycle or refurbish a percentage of the total products sold two years prior to the program year.

Consequences: $500 fine for haulers, landfill operators allowing banned items in landfill; $25 fine for residents caught tossing out banned electronics.
