ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSNotice to Bidders: Qualified bidders may submit bids for each individual project OR submit bids for all projects combined as described in this document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. Prospective Bidders are required to visit the site before submitting their bid, by contacting owner's representative and scheduling a visit. Prospective Bidders that have bid on this site in the past are encouraged to submit another (current) bid. BIDDING A. Regulatory Requirements: Bid and contract requirements shall be governed by CFR - Part 200, Appendix II (contract provisions for non-federal entity contracts under federal awards). B. Project Identification: 2018 site security upgrade. C. Project Description: Campus security improvements including: 1. Purchase and installation of multiple CCTV indoor and outdoor cameras, 2. Purchase and installation of additional access control units, 3. Enhancements to Glass Windows and Doors to provide bullet/blast resistance 4. Improvements to or replacement of existing Doors. 5. Perimeter fencing - Complete existing fencing around property to create choke point at main entry to property. D. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: All prospective bids shall be submitted to 1809 Clarkson Road, Chesterfield MO, 63017 Attn: NSGP - 2018 Site Security Project and via email to dlove@missouritorah.org. Bids must be submitted between October 27th and November 27th, 2019. Successful bidders shall begin the work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the work within the Contract Time. BIDDER'S QUALIFICATIONS A. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work to be performed. Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. This project is being funded with US Department of Homeland Security funds.
