NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of St. Peters will hold a public
hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at the St. Peters Justice
Center. The St. Peters Justice Center is located at the intersection of Suemandy
Road and Grand Teton Drive (1020 Grand Teton Drive). The Planning and
Zoning Commission may recommend and the Board of Aldermen may enact by
ordinance the rezoning as described below or an alternate zoning category.
All interested citizens will have the opportunity to give written and oral
comment. Persons with disabilities needing assistance should contact the City
before the meeting by calling or writing to the City Administrator at P.O. Box 9,
