NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please be advised that on Thursday, January 23, 2020, at
7:30 p.m. at the O’Fallon Municipal Centre, 100 North Main Street,
O’Fallon, Missouri, the City Council will hold a public hearing
to consider a Petition for the creation of a Community Improvement
District pursuant to the Community Improvement District Act,
Section 67.1401 to 67.1571 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri,
as amended (the “Petition”). Petitioners seek the formation
of the Streets of Caledonia Community Improvement District
(the “District”). The Petition has been filed with the office of the
City Clerk. All interested persons may attend and be heard.
The District is generally located as follows: approximately
113.45 acres consisting of several parcels of property generally
bounded by and adjacent to Interstate 64 to the north, Caledonia
Community Improvement District and August A. Busch Wildlife to
the east with Hwy DD bisecting the new boundary of the District
and the remaining acreage from the Streets of Caledonia Plat I to
the south and certain real property commonly known as Parcel
ID# 4-0036-4459-00-0001.0000000 to the West all locatedin the
City of O’Fallon, Missouri. A legal description of the proposed
district is attached to the Petition on file with Pamela Clement,
City Clerk of O’Fallon, Missouri.
The Petition and accompanying maps and documents are available
for review at the office of the City Clerk, Pamela Clement for
the City of O’Fallon, Missouri during regular business hours on
weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

SHOWN ON THE MAP BELOW.

“The Streets of Caledonia Community Improvement District consists of the twelve (12)
lots as demonstrated on Streets of Caledonia Plat I, which lots comprise approximately
113.45 of the seven (7) parcels depicted above which total approximately 248.22
acres.”
