Chris is a knowledgeable creative in the culinary and cocktail trade, known for mixing impromptu original concoctions.
Electric Fountain Brewing: Named after the owner’s grandparents’ surname “Fountain” and family business “Fountain Electric”, EFB was passionately founded to establish a close-knit coffee community experience. Krazy Cakes Café: The Krazy staff creates wild and elaborate cakes, cupcakes and pastries along with delicious scratch-made breakfasts and health-oriented lunches. Enjoy rave-review salads and sandwiches al fresco on the colorful outdoor terrace. Gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free options available.
Thyme Square Bakery & Café: The Shupes originated the farm-to-table dining concept in the Quincy area and fully embrace the house-made approach by butchering, curing and smoking all the local meat served. Artisanal bread is made from scratch every morning. Chef Shupe has been recognized for his culinary skills in Sauce Magazine and the St. Louis Post Dispatch.
Quincy Brewing Company: Tieraney’s love for all things historic downtown plus Josh’s passion for exceptional craft beer culminated in the full renovation of the three storefronts housing QBCo. Head Brewer Jim’s 25-year passion for brewing began at home, perfecting his 10-gallon system crafting ales, lagers, IPAs, sours, gosés and exotics using chocolates, fruits and coffees. Non-alcoholic drinks also available.
