Forsyth Pointe mixed use development in Clayton

UMB Bankwas selected as the construction lender for Forsyth Pointe’s $250 million West Tower, part of a 1 million-square-foot mixed use development in Clayton. The West Tower is expected to be completed in mid-2022.

UMB Bank was selected as the construction lender for Forsyth Pointe’s West Tower, part of a 1 million-square-foot mixed use development in Clayton from US Capital Development.

The West Tower is expected to be completed in mid-2022 and will stand alongside the completed East Tower and a 1,200-car parking garage.

At Brentwood and Forsyth boulevards, the West Tower will be 14 stories with more than 200,000 square feet of office space and 11,500 square feet of street-level retail space. Additional features include a garden terrace, fitness center and 14th-floor tenant lounge.

The project is being designed to achieve LEED Silver certification and will have energy efficient features such as a green roof and electric vehicle charging stations within the garage.
