St. Louis' Tyler Davis is one of eight pastry chefs competing on the next edition of Food Network's "Holiday Baking Championship," beginning at 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25.

Davis is executive pastry chef of Element restaurant and also has an online dessert business, Alchemy Artisan Bakery.

John Henson is host of the competition, which has a top prize of $25,000. Judges are Carla Hall, Lorraine Pascal and Zac Young.
