Marta Kristy Andersen and Charlton Sebastian Tobler were married during a morning ceremony on March 26, 2016, at Calvary Baptist Church, Baker City, Ore., by Jeff Tobler, pastor, the groom's father. A reception followed at Baker City Event Center. Music was provided by Hope Notz and Charlie Tobler.
The bride, daughter of Arvid and Mary Andersen of Baker City, was attended by Tagg Wood of Oregon as maid of honor, as well as Annika Andersen and Lydia Andersen of Oregon, Brianna Jaeger and Morgan Andersen of Missouri and Lynn Flucke of Wisconsin.
Parents of the groom, who grew up in Crestwood and Wildwood, are Jeff and Karen Tobler of Saint Clair, Mo. Best man was Robert H. Tobler of Missouri, with groomsmen Zachary Halbert, Greg Darby, Daniel Jaeger and Christian Tobler, each of Missouri, and Erik Andersen of Oregon. Flower girls and ring bearers were sibling combos, Melody and Wesley Halbert of Village Ridge, Mo., and Emma and Sam Preuit of Baker City.
The bride, an equine professional, is a graduate of equestrian studies at William Woods University, Fulton, while the groom graduated from Heartland Horseshoeing School, Lamar, Mo. Each a vice president with LifeTree Group LLC and OmniCreative.com, Mr. Tobler is director of cyber security, while the bride is web developer.
Following a honeymoon to Destin, Fla., the couple resides in DeSoto while looking for a location to establish a barn and riding area.
