This week at area farmers markets you should start to see some summer produce in addition to the continuation of spring fruits and vegetables. Look for lettuce, beets, multicolor carrots, garlic scapes, spinach, kale, Swiss chard, sweet potatoes, strawberries, asparagus, snap peas, cabbages, radishes, new potatoes, scallions, onions, cherry tomatoes, zucchini and more.
