ST. LOUIS • Police on Thursday identified a man fatally shot the night before in the city's Baden neighborhood as Lavell Boyd, 32, of the Glasgow Village area of St. Louis County.

Witnesses told police Boyd's vehicle was stopped at the intersection when two vehicles pulled up alongside his and stopped. Shots were fired from both vehicles before they drove off.
