ST. LOUIS COUNTY • Police say a man wearing a bandana robbed a bank in south St. Louis County this afternoon.

Police responded to the Regions Bank at Gravois and Weber roads about 3:20 p.m. to investigate a bank robbery, police say.

St. Louis County Sgt. James McWilliams said the man walked into the bank and verbally demanded money from a teller. He said the man did not show a weapon. After leaving the bank, the man ran east on Gravois toward River Des Peres Boulevard.

Authorities did not say how much money the man took.

No one was injured.

Surveillance images were not immediately available Friday night.
