FLORISSANT • A second teenager has been charged in the shooting of two people as they were watching television inside their home here Jan. 2. 

Andrius S. Smith, 17, of the 12000 block of Broadridge Lane in Florissant, is facing two counts of assault, three counts of armed criminal action and one count of unlawful use of a weapon for firing a gun from a vehicle at a building. Tyler J. Stewart, 18, was charged earlier in the shooting

The victims, a man and woman, were watching TV in their home in the 600 block of Blackbird Drive in Florissant when they were struck with two bullets each, fired from outside the front of the house, police said. The pair suffered non-life threatening injuries. Police responded to the scene at about 9:22 p.m.

According to court documents, Smith admitted to looking through a side window of the home and targeting the male victim. 

Smith is being held in lieu of $300,000 cash-only bail.
