WELLSTON — Two men and one woman were shot while attending a vigil on Saturday evening.
A vigil was being held near the intersection of Sutter and Etzel avenues for a man who died in a car crash several days prior, Major Ron Martin said. Shots rang out between 6 and 7 p.m.
One person was struck in the hip, one person was hit in the forearm and one person was hit in both legs.
Police did not have more information on the conditions of the victims. The investigation is ongoing.
