The Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse in downtown St. Louis hosted two protests in one day. Those advocating for the 43 missing Mexican students who are presumed dead gathered in the morning. About 100 protesters for police reform reacting to a Staten Island, Ny. grand jury decision not to indict a police officer in the death of Eric Garner arrived at the federal courthouse late in the afternoon. As many as four were arrested. Members of the two groups publicly pledged solidarity to one another's cause.
