The Missouri legislature finished its last day of the session after tense debate and passing a bill that blocks a recently enacted minimum wage hike for workers in the city of St. Louis. Governor Eric Greitens gave a end of session press conference in which he hinted at calling a special session later this year. And there was the traditional paper toss.
