MARTHASVILLE   •   A retiree from this Warren County town has won $2.3 million in the Missouri Lottery.

"I go in there every day" and buy tickets to lottery games, Jim Grafrath, 64, said of the Infield Sports Bar and Grill on Highway 47. "If I win a little bit on Keno, I usually buy a Lotto ticket."

That's what happened Jan. 2.

Grafrath, a former AT&T technician, received a ceremonial check from lottery officials Wednesday afternoon at the Infield.  The bar gets $5,000 for selling the winning ticket.

Grafrath and his wife, Patty, who have six children, said they'd use some of their winnings to pay off their home mortgage and to help family members.
