Gateway Arch Foundation acquired Millennium Hotel so St. Louis has 'a role in what happens in the site'

The organization said it did not yet have a plan for the long-vacant property other than to have it be an "economic engine" for the region again.
The incentive offers a carrot to prospective developers and signals that St. Louis is anxious to help revitalize the vacant, former hotel just a few blocks from Ballpark Village.Â
