Fair St. Louis review omits opening act

{{featured_button_text}}

On the Budweiser Main Stage at Fair St. Louis as a first act Thursday, Natalie Stovall and the Drive presented an energetic, original, country concert by an up-and- coming female singer and performer with her talented instrumental and vocal male band. The Post-Dispatch review by Mark Matousek ("Parmalee, Young open Fair St. Louis with polish, spark," July 4) did not even mention that she had been there! Was that just an innocent oversight or deliberate discrimination in favor of the later, all-male bands?

I hope that Ms. Stovall will receive a retrospective review that she and her band richly deserve.
