ST. LOUIS – June 13, 2019 – Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C., is pleased to announce that Carson Maricle, an Officer in the firm’s St. Louis office, has been selected for the FOCUS St. Louis 2019-2010 class of Leadership St. Louis (LSL). The program is designed for established and emerging leaders who have demonstrated a deep commitment to improving the St. Louis region.

Mr. Maricle is among 63 individuals from the private, public and nonprofit sectors included in the new LSL class. The nine-month LSL curriculum explores such issues as economic development, racial equity, education, poverty and social services, arts and culture, and the criminal justice system. FOCUS St. Louis produces experience-based leadership programs and civic issues education to help people better understand the St. Louis region and build their capacity for change. LSL was started in 1976.

A member of Greensfelder’s Business Services practice group, Mr. Maricle concentrates his practice in general corporate and financial transactional matters, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, debt refinancing, and the representation of start-up companies.
