SAINT LOUIS, MO – In an effort to continually align MTM’s services with the goals and needs of it's non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) clients, MTM is pleased to announce the hiring of Nancy Dobbs as Director, Strategic Accounts. Nancy serves as the primary liaison between current and future NEMT clients in the eastern portion of the United States, working closely with health plan and state Medicaid leaders to connect them with services that remove community barriers for their members.
After beginning her career as a nurse, Nancy focused on leadership and client relations roles. For the past 18 years, she has ensured collaborative client partnerships at organizations like Castlight, Tivity Health (formerly Healthways), Nurse Alliance, and most recently Ciox Health, where she served as National Account Manager. In this role, she developed successful relationships with health plans nationwide, managed project implementations, and was responsible for the success of all client interactions. Nancy earned her BSN from the Chamberlain College of Nursing, and is currently working toward her Masters of Arts degree in public policy and administration.
