In this role, Auer will help to design and execute real estate development projects across Seneca’s entire portfolio. “Amanda is a great addition to our team,” Larry Chapman, President and CEO of Seneca said. “We work on complex projects that require creativity, energy and attention to detail. Amanda brings all these things to Seneca. Her legal expertise and understanding of multifaceted real estate developments will enable us to continue building successful spaces where tenants can focus on growing their businesses and fostering healthy, desirable environments for their team members and visitors.” Auer previously served as Corporate Counsel and Senior Associate at the Lawrence Group, and General Counsel and Development Executive at Steins Broadway. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Missouri, Columbia and a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law. “I’m excited for the opportunity to work with different types of projects all across the region,” Auer said. “Larry has a great reputation in this business.
