“I am enthusiastic about joining a 102-year old financial services firm which is 100% woman-owned.  I had the opportunity to work with the First Woman of Finance and true trailblazer for women in financial services, Muriel “Mickie” Siebert, for 10 years during my career.  Mickie instilled in me the importance of diversity and inclusion, giving back, and thoughtful client coverage.  I am driven by our long-standing client relationships and look forward to leading a team whose #1 goal is to provide the highest quality, value-added services for our corporate clients,” said Kit Turner.

Myles Turner joins Stern as Senior Managing Director, Corporate Finance.  Myles brings over 40 years of investment banking expertise, along with long-standing client relationships.  Myles has launched several corporate finance and capital markets platforms during his career on Wall Street.  Prior to Stern, Myles has spent 15 years at both Muriel Siebert & Co., Inc. as co-head of corporate finance and capital markets and Siebert Cisneros Shank & Co., L.L.C. as a senior banker. He started his career at Dean Witter Reynolds and Bear Stearns & Co.

Wyatt Nitsos joins Stern as Vice President, Corporate Finance.  Wyatt has worked in financial services for almost 10 years and brings with him extensive knowledge and experience in several product offerings including fixed and floating rate investment grade credits, agencies, asset back securities, mortgage backs securities, and money market instruments.  Most recently, Wyatt worked at Great Pacific Securities and started his career at Oppenheimer & Company.

“We look forward to the addition of Kit, Myles and Wyatt to our Corporate Finance platform. They bring significant corporate banking experience to the Firm, and our clients will benefit from their deep knowledge. As a wholly woman-owned Firm, we are pleased to welcome another strong senior woman officer to the team as well” said Peggy Finn, Chairman and CEO.

Kit, Myles, and Wyatt join Jerome Menifee in Corporate Finance and the Equity Capital Markets Group. The Corporate Platform will be focused on providing debt and equity solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Stern’s commitment to serve its clients through strategic expansion has catapulted the firm to being one of the largest wholly women-owned investment banking firms in the country.
