TechAnax has chosen to partner with Geodata IT to form a new SBA 8(a) joint venture entitled 2jvSTARS, LLC, which includes a formal mentor protege arrangement that enables Geodata IT as an 8(a) and VOSB small business to benefit from the experience of the larger TechAnax company. 2jvSTARS will focus on cloud solutions and software development with emphasis on the broader federal civilian agencies.
"Being a mentor is one more way our company is able to demonstrate our deep commitment to helping the federal government become more efficient and improve services to the public and veterans. Sharing knowledge benefits our nation and those dedicated to serving it," said Byron Athan, TechAnax President and CEO.
"This opportunity will help Geodata IT grow. We are honored that TechAnax chose us and we look forward to an exceptional partnership going forward," said Justin Bennett, Geodata IT President and CEO.
2jvSTARS will be headquartered in downtown St. Louis at the T-REX innovation building. This will enable the company to thrive within the heart of the burgeoning Geographic Information System (GIS) community in the Midwest.
