The Injury Counsel law firm obtained more than $800,000.00 in settlements in a recent case representing a client who sustained bodily injuries as a result of exposure to toxic mold. 

Lead attorneys Steven Bernstein and David Gregory obtained the more than $800,000 in settlements. Eleven parties named as defendants in the case initially offered a $7,000 settlement, a number that Mr. Bernstein and Mr. Gregory refused to accept for their client.
