Tkiyah Nelson had 13 points and 15 rebounds to propel Whitfield past visiting Cor Jesu 52-33 Saturday.
The Warriors hit 17 of 31 field goal attempts compared to Cor Jesus five of 22. Also finishing in double figures for Whitfield were JaNyla Bush (16) and Treazure Jackson (11).
Whitfield (6-1) visits Civic Memorial on Sunday, December 26 at 7 p.m. Cor Jesu (1-4) will host Parkway South on Sunday, December 26 at 3 p.m.
