Arizona's Clayton Keller maneuvers in front of Vegas' Chandler Stephenson in a recent exhibition game.

When, where: 9 p.m. Monday, Gila River Arena, Glendale, Ariz.

TV, radio: BSM, WXOS (101.1 FM)

About the Coyotes: This is the home opener for Arizona (0-1-1), which lost 2-1 in a shootout Saturday in Buffalo and was pummeled 8-2 on Thursday in Columbus. St. Louisan Clayton Keller has one of the three Arizona goals this season.

It will seem like old home week for the Blues because the Arizona roster features Carter Hutton and Dmitrij Jaskin. Hutton, who went 30-15-5 with the Blues over the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons, came to Arizona this offseason from Buffalo via free agency.

After two seasons starring in the KHL for Moscow Dynamo, Jaskin is back in the NHL. He was a second-round draft pick by the Blues in 2011 and played in 266 game for St. Louis over parts of six seasons.

Wait, there’s one more. After 16 seasons in the Blues’ front office, most recently as assistant general manager and director of amateur scouting, Bill Armstrong is in his second season as Coyotes GM.
